linked to yarn and weaving rates, as applicable under the purchase order terms.
BUSINESS AND OPERATIONAL RELEVANCE
Alignment with core business: The orders are directly aligned with the Company's core textile activities, particularly
woven shirting and blended-fabric categories. Tuni has been engaged in the textile business since 1987 and its
product range includes polyester-cotton, cotton, polyester-viscose and other blended fabrics used across shirting,
suiting, uniforms and apparel applications.
Meaningful volume visibility: At approximately 1.975 Million meters in aggregate, the order quantity represents a
sizeable volume commitment for the forthcoming execution period. Based on the Company's manufacturing
capability of approximately 2.0 Million meters per annum, the aggregate quantity is equivalent to approximately
98.75% of that stated annual manufacturing capacity. This comparison is presented only for scale: the actual
execution mix may include in-house manufacturing, job-work, sourcing and/or trading arrangements, depending on
product specifications and production planning.
Diversified product mix: The orders span conventional poly-cotton shirting, higher-cotton-content shirting and
other finished fabric specifications. This mix is consistent with the Company's strategy of serving multiple fabric
constructions and customer requirements rather than depending on a single product specification.
Execution visibility: The respective delivery schedules extend from 60 days to 120 days, with the largest order
scheduled for completion by January 5, 2027. Subject to customer specifications, production scheduling,
acceptance and commercial terms, the orders provide the Company with identifiable execution requirements across
the forthcoming operating period.
Customer-led order conversion: The orders reflect customer acceptance of submitted quotations, samples,
design/style specifications and product categories. Management views repeatable conversion of customer
requirements into executable orders as an important element of the Company's effort to deepen its position in the
domestic woven-fabric market.
