The said application was filed in January 2026. Pursuant to the said application, BSE raised certain queries on 27 January 2026, to which the Company duly submitted its response and necessary clarifications. Thereafter, the listing application remained pending with BSE for a considerable period, without any further communication or substantive progress. Yours faithfully FOR TELECANOR GLOBAL LIMITED PILLI SWETHA MANAGING DIRECTOR DIN: 06397865 TeleCanor Global Limited Fraud by bse 1 message maruti praturi <maruti.praturi@gmail.com> Wed, Sep 16, 2026 at 8:25 AM To: Srinivasan, Padmini <padmini@iimb.ac.in>, S Gopalan <s.gopalan@bseindia.com>, Geetha Gangadharan <geetha.gangadharan@bseindia.com> ABSOLUTE REJECTION OF FABRICATED COMPLIANCE PRETEXT AND NOTICE OF CATASTROPHIC MEDICAL STATE CAUSED BY BSE DELAYS Mr. Gopalan, I am writing this letter to you directly, using whatever physical strength I have left, to formally attack and absolutely reject the recent compliance actions your department has taken against TeleCanor Global Ltd. As the Executive Director overseeing regulatory and compliance functions at BSE, you are directly responsible for the operational wreckage and personal physical trauma caused by your department. [2] Every single attribute, query, and compliance hurdle your team has manufactured since August 27—specifically culminating in your highly damaging notice dated September 3, 2026—is a lowly, fabricated plot. These demands are nothing more than artificial procedural hurdles designed to unlawfully block our rightful listing approval. TeleCanor Global Ltd. has met every single statutory and disclosure mandate under SEBI guidelines, yet your exchange continues to maliciously stall our applications. Your targeted harassment and bad-faith delays have caused catastrophic, irreversible damage. The extreme, unyielding corporate anxiety inflicted by your department's bad-faith actions directly triggered a severe, life- threatening medical emergency for me personally. On September 2, 2026, I suffered an Acute Ischemic Stroke (Left Capsuloganglionic Infarct) and was rushed via emergency to the Neuro ICU at CARE Hospitals. Your regulatory stalling has left me in a crippled stage, suffering a total loss of movement and 0/5 motor power on the right side of my body (my right hand and right leg). I am forced to write this very letter to you myself under these agonizing physical conditions. I will not tolerate this fabricated plot any longer. I demand that you immediately intervene, halt these bad-faith delays, and release our listing approval. If you do not resolve this immediately, I will present this entire record—along with my verified clinical discharge summaries—as an aggressive formal complaint directly to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), escalate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), and launch full legal proceedings to hold you and your department personally, legally, and financially liable for the devastating physical and corporate wreckage you have caused. Sincerely, ------------------------------ Mr. Praturi Maruti Ram TeleCanor Global Ltd. (Scrip Code: 530595) Show quoted text
