Pursuant to the inquiry, CITT found that the dumping and subsidizing of forged grinding media, origina(cid:415)ng in or exported from China, have not caused injury to the domes(cid:415)c industry, but are threatening to cause injury to the domes(cid:415)c industry. Accordingly, an(cid:415)-dumping and countervailing du(cid:415)es will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
