The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended September 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course of time. The Company has updated the information on NSDL portal for restricting the trading by Designated Persons("DPs") by freezing their PAN at security level (i.e. ISIN.: INE0N0J01014).
