Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd held its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 54 members, and the quorum was deemed to be present. The proceedings were conducted in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The meeting was facilitated by remote e-voting, and the results were scrutinized by Mr. Avinash Bagul, Partner, M/s. BNP & Associates, Company Secretaries.
