Closure of Trading Window

Marg Techno Projects Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended June 30, 2026. The company will separately intimate the date of the board meeting for approving these results. This is a routine compliance update.
