Further to our Letters dated July 4, 2026 and September 2, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you on partial development in the matter wherein, the Hon'ble Court of Law has vide its judgment dated September 22 , 2026 passed an order in relation to the Company's application for provisional release of a consignment of 200 kg of Ketamine Hydrochloride covered under Shipping Bill No. 3780061 dated June 2, 2026. The Hon'ble Court has, inter alia: • Allowed the Company's application for provisional release of the said goods, subject to deposit of ₹72 lakh with the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Export, ACC, Mumbai-III within one week from the date of the order. • Clarified that the authorities may continue adjudication and criminal proceedings in accordance with law. • Clarified that it shall be open to the concerned officer to follow the procedure under Section 52A of the NDPS Act. The Company continues to monitor the matter and will duly inform the Stock Exchanges on any further development, including any order passed by the Hon’ble Court, as and when received by the Company, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
