(ii) NSE Email with letter dated 22nd September, 2026 bearing reference number NSE/CM/Surveillance/17578 This has reference to the communication received from the Exchange seeking clarification with respect to the significant movement in the price of the equity shares of CSM Technologies Limited (“Company”). In this regard, we wish to submit that the Company has examined the matter and, based on the information available with the Company and its management, the Company is not aware of any material information, event, development or undisclosed price-sensitive information which could explain or have a bearing on the recent movement in the price or trading volume of the Company's equity shares. The Company confirms that it has made all necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges from time to time, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Regulation 30, wherever applicable. As on date, there is no material event, information or announcement pending disclosure by the Company which, in the Company's knowledge, may have a bearing on the price or volume of its securities. The Company further submits that the movement in the market price of its equity shares is determined by market forces, including demand and supply, trading activity, investor sentiment and other market- related factors, which are beyond the control of the Company and its management. The Company does not have any information that would enable it to attribute the movement in the share price to any specific company-related event or development. The Company reiterates its commitment to timely, accurate and transparent disclosure of all material events and information in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements. The Company shall continue to make appropriate disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when any material information or event arises which is required to be disclosed under the applicable regulations.
