As at March 31, 2026, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, viz. KME Holdings Pte Ltd (KMEH) which was under the process of winding up and was dissolved with effect from April 22, 2026. Accordingly, KMEH ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company from the said date. As on June 30, 2026, the Company did not have any subsidiary and consequently, Consolidated Financial Results were not applicable for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company has duly submitted its Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 within the prescribed timeline. The Company had submitted Consolidated Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2026, since the subsidiaries formed part of the Company's group during that period. In view of the above, we request you to kindly take the above clari(cid:976)ication on record and review the observation in this regard.
