In terms of Section 149(13) of the Companies Act, 2013, he shall not be liable to retire by rotation during his tenure as an independent director of the Bank. Arvind Subramanian is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank. Please note that Arvind Subramanian is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other statutory authority. His career spans business services, technology, industrials, consumer, and real estate, giving him a broad perspective on how organisations create value, adapt to disruption and sustain competitive advantage. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Iron Mountain India Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the company’s India business and has global responsibility for Enterprise Strategy and Incubation. He spent nearly fifteen years with Boston Consulting Group, spanning corporate strategy, digital transformation, growth agendas, organisation design, and large-scale change across multiple industries and as Managing Director & Partner, he led the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice in India. He was also Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, a listed company within the Mahindra Group. Arvind has a B. Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
