Scrip Code: GREENPOWER Respected Sir/Ma’am, Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, – Expansion of Solar Capacity through the Commissioning of 17.6 MW Solar Power Plant Dear Sir/Madam, Further to our intimation dated December 29, 2025 regarding execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contract with M/s Remon Solutions Private Limited (REMON) for developing an aggregate installed capacity of 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) Solar Power Project at one or more locations in Vandavasi Taluk and Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu on EPC basis by our subsidiary M/s Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited (DELTA), we wish to inform you that DELTA has successfully commissioned the aggregate capacity of 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) during the late evening hours of September 22, 2026. Along with the 7 MW AC (9.8 MW DC) solar plant already commissioned in December 2025, the aggregate installed solar power capacity as on date is 24.6 MW AC (34.44 MW DC), thereby completing the object for solar expansion of the company as committed under the 2024 Rights Issue.
