Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Kuantum Papers Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and other designated persons, along with their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The date for the board meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated in due course.
