His experience includes leadership roles with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Amazon, PepsiCo India Holdings, Pidilite Industries and Godrej & Boyce, with deep expertise in industrial relations, manufacturing HR, workforce transformation, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations and compliance. Mr. Sundaram has handled complex industrial relations landscapes, negotiated multiple wage settlements and built HR systems in large-scale manufacturing and operation environments.
