These letters have been sent to the following categories of shareholders: 1. Shareholders whose dividend for FY 2018-19 remains unpaid/unclaimed — informing them that the said unpaid/unclaimed dividend is liable to be transferred to the IEPF if not claimed on or before September 22, 2026. 2. Shareholders whose dividend has remained unpaid/unclaimed for seven consecutive years starting from FY 2018-19 — informing them that the corresponding equity shares, along with the unpaid/unclaimed dividend for FY 2018-19, are liable to be transferred to the IEPF, if not claimed on or before September 22, 2026. Shareholders are accordingly requested to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) before the due date, failing which the Company shall transfer the unpaid/unclaimed dividend amount, and where applicable, the corresponding equity shares, to the bank account/demat account of the IEPF Authority, as per the prescribed procedure. Transfer of Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividend to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF): As per the provisions of Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act"), any money transferred to the Unpaid Dividend Account of a Company which remains unclaimed or unpaid for a period of seven years from the date of such transfer shall be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established under sub-section (1) of Section 125 of the Act. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or more shall also be transferred to IEPF i.e. in case any dividend is claimed for any year during the said period of seven consecutive years, the shares shall not be transferred to IEPF. Transfer of shares in respect of which Dividend is unpaid/unclaimed to IEPF: The Company shall inform the Depository by way of corporate action for transfer of shares in favour of IEPF. However, you can claim from IEPF Authority both unclaimed dividend amount and the shares transferred to IEPF Account by making an application in Form IEPF-5 online and sending the physical copy of the same duly signed (as per registered specimen signature) along with requisite documents enumerated in the IEPF Rules, to the Company at its Corporate office at Plot No. 878, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram 122016, Haryana or to KFin Technologies Limited, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, for verification of your claim.
