B. Update on commencement of Solar Power Plant for captive consumption. Further, during June 2026, to achieve increased utilisation of clean and renewable energy to reduce dependence on conventional power sources and improve operational efficiency, the Company has successfully commissioned a 5 MW Solar Power Plant at Tehsil- Dechu, District-Phalodi, Rajasthan, for meeting a part of its captive power requirements and the Company's commitment towards Green-steel, sustainable growth, energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. The project is expected to increase the share of renewable energy in the Company's overall energy consumption and strengthen its long-term sustainability initiatives with an electricity cost saving of around Rs. 4-5 crores annually. This project aims to promote environmentally responsible business practices in line with its ESG objectives and its continuous endeavours towards the production of the Green-steel.
