Intimation for Closure of Trading Window

Lyons Corporate Market Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated subsequently.
