The Company has fixed July 29, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining the members eligible to vote either by remote e-voting or during the AGM. Annual Report 2025-26 containing Notice calling the 18th AGM, Directors’ Report, Audited Financial Statement for the year ended March 31, 2026 etc. is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Depository Participants (DPs).
