Chairman’s Statement
Dear Shareholders,
The financial year under review (Financial Year 2024-26) represents an 18-month period

Company, whose portfolio is closely aligned with India’s long-term priorities in electrification, automation, rail modernization,
smart infrastructure and industrial AI.
During the 18-month period, the Company sustained its focus on vertical markets through its wide portfolio range aimed at
making our customers more sustainable and resilient. The Company remains well positioned to support India’s next phase of
industrial and infrastructure development and will benefit from increasing outlays in conventional growth sectors such as power
transmission & distribution, commercial buildings, consumer package goods, metals, water, life sciences and emerging high
growth areas such as renewables, batteries, data centers, semiconductors, aerospace and defen
