Sarthak Metals Ltd announced the closure of the trading window for its directors, officers, and designated persons. This closure is effective from July 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before the public release of financial information. The date of the Board meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
