At the outset, we respectfully submit that the disclosure filed by the Company on September 21, 2026, was a voluntary disclosure made in the interest of transparency and good corporate governance and was not filed pursuant to any mandatory disclosure obligation requiring compliance with the timeline prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. In this regard, we would like to submit the following: 1. The Company had not applied for or commissioned, solicited or engaged any ESG Rating Provider to obtain an ESG rating and the same was independently assigned by CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider, based on information available in the public domain. 2. The case does not involve: assignment of a rating pursuant to any request made by the Company; revision, upgrade, downgrade, reaffirmation, withdrawal or suspension of any existing ESG rating obtained by the Company; or any event specifically requiring disclosure under the applicable provisions governing ratings obtained by a listed entity. Considering that the rating pertained to the Company and may be of interest to investors and other stakeholders, the Company, in furtherance of good corporate governance practices, voluntarily disseminated the information to the stock exchanges. Further, the Company had also received an email from BSE Limited dated September 21, 2026, stating that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited had submitted a disclosure pertaining to the Company. The Company’s disclosure was made solely to ensure wider dissemination of the information and to maintain transparency with stakeholders. In view of the foregoing, the Company respectfully submits that the disclosure dated September 21, 2026, was purely voluntary in nature and should not be construed as a disclosure arising from a mandatory event requiring adherence to the timelines prescribed under Regulation 30 read with the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Without prejudice to the above submissions and in the interest of regulatory compliance, the Company shall submit a fresh corporate announcement referring to the earlier disclosure, as advised by the Exchange.
