SEBI vide its above mentioned circulars has mandated that the security holders, holding securities in physical form, whose folio(s) do not have PAN, Choice of Nomination, Contact Details, Mobile Number, Bank Account Details and Specimen Signature updated, shall be eligible for any payment of dividend only through electronic mode, effective April 1, 2024, upon their furnishing all the aforesaid details in entirely to the Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company.
