Appointment of Shri Romon Sebastian Louis (DIN:08710802) as Government Nominee Director and fixation of terms of his appointment This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated 27th August, 2026 regarding Notice dated 13th August, 2026 of the 25th of Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 21st September, 2026 through VC/OAVM for seeking the consent of the Members of the Company through Ordinary Resolutions for the items as set out in the Notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting and the Voting Results of the 25th AGM of the Company disseminated to the Stock Exchanges on 22nd September, 2026. In furtherance to the same and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of Listing Regulations read with applicable circular(s) issued by SEBI in this regard, this is to further inform that the Members of the Company at the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. 1ST through Two- way Video Conferencing ("VC"), has, inter-alia, approved the following: 1. Appointment of Shri Aditya Shekhar Singh (DIN: 11606166) as Government Nominee Director with effect from 13th August, 2026 for a period of three years from the date of nomination i.e. 4th August, 2026 on co-terminus basis or until further orders from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India ('Administrative Ministry'), whichever is earliest and whose period of office shall be subject to retirement of Directors by rotation and on such terms and conditions as contained in the letter bearing reference no.
