Collectively known as Companies “CORRIGENDUM” TO NOTICE CONVENING THE MEETING OF EQUITY SHAREHOLDERS OF TRUE COLORS LIMITED This corrigendum/addendumy/erratum (“Corrigendum”) is being issued, in connection with Notices dated August 27, 2026, to convene the meetings of Equity Shareholders of True Colors Limited on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:30 AM IST, through video conferencing (VC) / other audio- visual means (OAVM) (“Meeting Notice”), as directed by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“NCLT”) vide Order dated August 17, 2026, for the purpose of considering the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation (“Scheme”) of Inkia Inks Private Limited (“Transferor Company” or “First Applicant Company”) with True Colors Limited (“Transferee Company” or “Second Applicant Company”) and their respective Shareholders and Creditor, pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) and applicable rules made thereunder.
