Scrip Code: 532553 NSE Symbol: WELENT Dear Madam / Sir, Sub.: Signing of Sub-Concession Agreement among Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (“MSIDC”), Government of Maharashtra (“GOM”), and Welspun Pune Shirur Projects Limited (“WPSPL”) In continuation of our earlier letter dated April 30, 2026, regarding receipt of Letter of Award, and in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/ HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 and the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, please be informed that WPSPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has executed sub-concession agreement with MSIDC and GOM on July 13, 2026. The details of the project are as under:- Project Mode Project Cost Completion Period & Operation Construction of a 6- Design, Build, Finance, ~Rs. 7,300 Crore Total Sub-Concession Lane Partially Elevated Operate and Transfer Period of 29 years Highway Corridor (DBFOT) (Toll) Mode (subject to extension in along with terms of the Sub- improvement of the Concession existing road from Km Agreement) including 10+600 to Km 64+000 Construction period of (Section: Pune to 4 years commencing Shirur of NH-753F, from the Appointed Minimum Design Date. Length 53.40 Km) in the State of Maharashtra. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons (involved in the above Project) has been closed since July 01, 2026. It will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
