Resignation of Ms. Shweta Singh from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 22, 2026.

Everest Organics Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Shweta Singh from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 22, 2026. Ms. Singh cited personal reasons and better career prospects for her departure. The company has received her resignation letter and will place it before the board for formal acceptance. Until a new Company Secretary is appointed, the Managing Director, Sirisha Srikakarlapudi, will temporarily assume the role of Compliance Officer.
