Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith the Corrigendum to the Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 02:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"). The Corrigendum shall form an integral part of the original AGM Notice dated 08th September 2026 and should be read in conjunction with the said Notice. CIN: L46305GJ2007PLC050974 Email: sunretail@yahoo.com Web: www.sunretail.com CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF 19TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SUN RETAIL LIMITED (“Company”) has issued a Notice of 19th AGM dated 08th September 2026 (“AGM Notice”) for convening an AGM of the members of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through VC/ OAVM. The AGM Notice has been dispatched to the members of the Company on 08th September 2026 in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the relevant rules made thereunder and the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) and other applicable laws. Accordingly, this corrigendum (“Corrigendum”) is being issued in continuation to the AGM Notice thereof and this Corrigendum shall be deemed to be an integral part of the AGM Notice. Pursuant to this Corrigendum, the members of the Company are hereby informed and requested to note the following correction to the AGM Notice: 1. Incorrect mention of the mode of conduct of the 19th Annual General Meeting In the AGM Notice, the mode of conduct of the AGM was inadvertently mentioned as being held at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 722, Gala Empire, Drive-in Road, Opp. TV Tower, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380054, Gujarat. The members are hereby informed that the said reference to the physical venue of the AGM shall be read as deleted and replaced with the following: The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be conducted through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (IST), without the physical presence of the members at any common venue. Accordingly, all references to the Registered Office of the Company as the venue of the AGM in the AGM Notice shall stand modified to the above extent. Except for the aforesaid correction, all other terms, contents and disclosures contained in the AGM Notice shall remain unchanged. This Corrigendum shall be read together with the AGM Notice and shall be deemed to form an integral part thereof.
