Revised Intimation of Execution of Power Purchase Agreement.

Century Enka Limited has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with ABREL Century Energy Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle, for a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant. This facility will provide captive power to the company's Bhosari, Pune plant, with Century Enka holding a minimum 26% equity in the SPV. The scheduled commissioning date has been corrected to June 30, 2027. This arrangement, considered a related party transaction, is stated to be at arm's length, aiming for energy cost optimization and sustainability.
