The land for the said solar power project has been taken on a long-term lease for a period of 25 years. The solar power plant has been commissioned for captive consumption, which will significantly enhance the Company's renewable energy generation capacity and contribute towards achieving its sustainability objectives. The project demonstrates the Company's continued commitment to sustainable business practices by reducing its carbon footprint, lowering energy costs, and enhancing energy independence. It is expected to have a positive environmental and social impact through reduced carbon emissions, benefits to the local community, and contribution towards the renewable energy targets of the country.
