Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Route Mobile Limited
(“the Company”) has adopted a new logo, as depicted below.
Existing Logo New Logo
The adoption of the new logo does not entail any change to the Company’s name, legal status, or
nature of business operations.
The Company will implement the new logo in a phased manner across its corporate
communications, stationery, digital platforms, and other applicable materials. During the
transition period, both the existing and new logos may be used concurrently.
