Dear Sir/Madam, This is in continuation to the Company’s earlier disclosure dated April 02, 2026 regarding the temporary closure of operations at the Company’s Perundurai unit situated at SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Perundurai, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, pursuant to disconnection of power supply. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sub-para (20) of Para (A) of Part (A) of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform that the Company has received proceedings dated July 13, 2026 from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (“TNPCB”), whereby the operation of the earlier closure directions has been suspended and the power supply to the aforesaid manufacturing unit has been restored with immediate effect. The suspension of the closure directions shall remain effective up to next renewal due on March 31, 2027, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated by the TNPCB under Section 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, as amended, and other applicable statutory requirements. Consequent to the above, the Company is taking necessary steps to recommence operations at the Perundurai unit. The Company remains committed to complying with all applicable environmental and other statutory requirements. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the applicable SEBI circulars are enclosed herewith as Annexure – A.
