In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had provided the facility to its members holding shares as on cut‐off date i.e. Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 to exercise their rights to vote through electronic means on the resolutions specified in the EGM notice, through remote e‐voting facility which commenced on Saturday, 12th September, 2026 at 09.00 a.m. and ends on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 and through e‐voting facility to those members who have attended the EGM but could not exercise their vote through remote e‐voting.
