Dear Sir,
This is w.r.t. email dated 22.09.2026 of your good-self containing letter having Ref. No.:
NSE/CM/Surveillance/17582 dt 22.09.2026 whereby seeking the clarification regarding the
significant increase in the Volume of ITDC security across Exchanges in the recent past.
In this connection, it may be noted that 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was
held today i.e. 22.09.2026 and proceedings of the AGM has already been uploaded on both the
stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE.
Further, other than mentioned above, Company has not made any other announcement. Further,
the Company has no such other information which has become due for disclosure to the Investors
/ Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
