We wish to clarify that the Company had duly uploaded the disclosure relating to the resignation within the prescribed timeline of 24 hours from the effective date of resignation. However, due to a technical issue, the acknowledgement of the submission could not be downloaded from the BSE Listing Centre. The same was subsequently noticed by the management, following which the matter was placed before the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16th September, 2026, and the requisite disclosure was duly uploaded on the BSE Listing Centre on 16th September, 2026. Further, in compliance with your observation, the Company has submitted a fresh corporate announcement as required by you, with reference to the earlier announcement, and requests you to kindly take the same on record. The Company hereby confirms that there are no other material reasons for the resignation of the Independent Director other than those stated in the resignation letter, in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
