Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,773,524,458/- consisting of 31,386,762,229 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. to Rs. 62,774,651,362 /- consisting of 31,387,325,681 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
