We refer our disclosure dated 26th June, 2026 informing about initiation of initiation of arbitration by the Company against Optimus Drugs Private Limited for commercial dispute. We would like to further inform you that the parties have amicably resolved the disputes and settled the matter mutually. Accordingly, the arbitration will be disposed of considering the settlement. The Company will not pay any penalty due to the settlement and there will not be any material financial impact.
