We hereby undertake that credit of bonus shares in the depository system will be completed latest by 12 P.M. of next working day of the record date i.e., on Monday 22nd June, 2026 (T+1 day), and also, we ensure that the same will be available for trading on BOD (Beginning of the Day) of T+2 day i.e. Tuesday 23rd June, 2026.
