The Members are hereby informed that, pursuant to the clarification received from BSE Limited, the Auditor certificate issued by the Peer Reviewed Chartered Accountant of the Company pursuant to Regulation 45(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, referred to in Item No. 9 of the First Corrigendum, is being provided along with this Second Corrigendum for the information and consideration of the Members. Accordingly, the certificate reproduced/attached as Annexure A shall be read as an integral part of Item No. 9 and the corresponding Explanatory Statement contained in the First Corrigendum. ANNEXURE A – AUDITOR CERTIFICATE The certificate issued by Mukul Garg & Associates, Chartered Accountants, dated 29th October 2025, is attached herewith for the information and consideration of the Members. The Members are requested to read the Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting dated 7th September 2026 together with the First Corrigendum dated 9th September 2026 and this Second Corrigendum dated 17th September 2026. Except for the attachment of the aforesaid Auditor certificate as Annexure A to Item No. 9, all other particulars, terms and contents of the AGM Notice and the First Corrigendum shall remain unchanged. This Second Corrigendum shall form an integral part of the Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting and shall be read together with the original AGM Notice and the First Corrigendum.
