(“Company”) was held on Wednesday, 16th September, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had provided the facility to its members holding shares as on cut off date i.e. Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 to exercise their rights to vote through electronic means on the resolutions specified in the AGM notice, through remote e voting facility which commenced Saturday, September 12th 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and ended Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 05:00 p.m. and through e voting facility to those members who have attended the AGM but could not exercise their vote through remote e voting. The Company has appointed M/s. Utkarsh Shah & Co., Practicing Company Secretary, Ahmedabad (Mem. No. F12526, COP: 26241) to act as Scrutinizer for conducting voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
