The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 13, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on the same day, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Bhargav Marepally (DIN: 00505098) as the Managing Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, with effect from July 14, 2026, as a part of the Company's top leadership team. The appointment has been approved by the Board subject to the approval of the Central Government, wherever applicable, and the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the Board also designated Mr. Bhargav Marepally as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from July 14, 2026, subject to the aforesaid approvals.
