Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with the para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, this is to inform you that the members at the Annual General Meeting held on, 15th September, 2026 approved alteration to the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association ("MOA") of the Company. Accordingly, new sub-clause no. 5 and 6 shall be inserted after existing sub-clause no. 4 under Clause 3(a) of MOA, The details of the new Clause Nos. 5 and 6 are as follows: 5. To carryon the business of buying, selling, trading, importing, exporting, distributing, supplying, marketing, stocking, processing, packaging and otherwise to act as wholesalers, retailers, distributors, dealers, commission agents, brokers, suppliers and merchants dealing in all kinds and varieties of salt, including raw salt, edible salt, industrial salt, iodised salt, refined salt, sea salt, rock salt, solar salt and other forms of salt and salt-based products and to undertake all activities incidental or ancillary thereto, including procurement, transportation, storage, warehousing, packaging, repackaging and distribution of the said products subject to the applicable laws, rules, regulations, licences and approvals. 6. To carry on the business of purchase, sell, supply or otherwise dispose of, import, export and trade and generally deal in petroleum by-products of every description, lubricants, fuel, oil, base oil, white oil, mineral oils, tar, solvents, mineral turpentine oil, greases, transformer oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, brake fluids gas, solvents and other volatile substances, asphalt, bitumen, bituminous substances, carbon, carbon black, hydrocarbons and minerals substances.
