Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, we would like
to intimate that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DenEB Air Gases Private
Limited as part of the Company’s strategic business growth initiatives and opportunities for business expansion.
The MOU is for strategic collaboration in the LNG, LCNG and CNG infrastructure sectors for jointly pursuing and
executing suitable EPC opportunities.
The details as required under the aforesaid SEBI Circular are provided in Annexure – A to this intimation.

to-end EPC solutions and associated technical services.
The company has expertise across Natural Gas, LNG, LPG,
cryogenic systems and on-site clean gas generation
solutions, serving projects involving various industrial
gases and related infrastructure.
10. Rationale and benefit expected. The collaboration is intended to leverage the
complementary commercial, technical and EPC execution
capabilities of the Parties to enhance their ability to identify,
pursue and execute suitable opportunities in the LNG,
LCNG and CNG infrastructure sectors. The arrangement is
expected to facilitate access to business opportunities,
strengthen project execution capabilities, improve
competitiveness and create sustainable business
opportunities for the Parties.
