Brief Profile (in case of appointment) Ms. Lakshmi Iyer is a senior finance leader with extensive global experience across leading conglomerates, including Tata Power, Sterlite Technologies, GMR, Essar, ETA/Al Ghurair, and HCL Technologies. Throughout her career, she has driven complex M&A deals, capital allocation strategies, and corporate restructurings across APAC, Europe, MEA, and North America— successfully executing over $18 Billion in transactions across energy, core infrastructure, industrials, and technology sectors. In her most recent role, she headed Strategic Finance for Tata Power Ltd. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, an MBA from SDA Bocconi (Italy) with an exchange program at The Wharton School, and completed the Executive Program in Leadership and General Management at Columbia Business School. Outside of work, Lakshmi is an avid racquet sports player and traveler who operates with a strong commitment to hard work and integrity. 4.
