In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective from Thursday, 1st October, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
