This is applicable for all security holders holding shares in physical mode. 1)The salient features and requirements of the circular are as follows: In case of non-updation of PAN or Address with PIN code or Mobile Number or Bank Account Details or Specimen Signature in respect of physical folios: - (i) The dividend will be paid to the shareholder (through electronic mode) only upon furnishing all the aforesaid details. Upon updation of these details, all the unpaid dividend with the Company (which is not transferred to IEPF) will be automatically paid to the shareholder. (ii) Shareholders will be ELIGIBLE to lodge any grievance or avail of any service from the Company only upon furnishing all the aforesaid details.
