Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and other applicable provisions, if any of the
Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Company has successfully
commissioned it’s another Ground mounted solar power plant of 2.4 MWp (DC)/ 1.75
MWp (AC) at Village: Sardarpura, Ta: Jhagadiya, Dist. Bharuch for captive consumption
at its factory located at Dahej, Gujarat and the solar power generation has been started
effective from April 24, 2026, as per the Certificate of Commissioning dated May 12, 2026
received from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) by today.
This development reflects the Company's further ongoing efforts to enhance its renewable
energy portfolio and contribute to sustainable power generation initiatives.
