This is with reference to the announcement submitted by the Company to the Stock Exchange on September 11, 2026 regarding the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Jaihind Industries Limited, (Formerly known as Jaihind Synthetics Ltd) held on September 11, 2026, inter alia, in relation to the proposed issue of Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis. The Company hereby provides the following clarification and update in relation to Annexure – I forming part of the aforesaid disclosure: 1. Mr. Prasham Kumar Doshi, earlier named as an investor in the announcement dated September 11, 2026, is not eligible to participate in the proposed preferential issue under Regulation 159(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018. Therefore his name has been removed from the list of proposed investors. 2. The Company regrets the inadvertent error in the name of one of the investor appearing in the earlier announcement and hereby submits the corrected Annexure – I. Accordingly, the Company is submitting the revised Annexure – I, incorporating the duly corrected details of the proposed investors.
