Concurrent to the assumption of office by Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, Mr. Nitish Mittersain has ceased to hold the position of CEO of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 15, 2026 and continues to serve as Managing Director and KMP of the Company.
