Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has intimated a change in authorization for determining materiality of an event or information and its disclosure under Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) are Managing Director Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Chief Financial Officer Shri D V Parikh, and Company Secretary Mr. Rajesh Pillai.
