Upon updation of these details, all the unpaid dividend with the Company (which is not transferred to IEPF) will be automatically paid to the shareholder. (ii) Shareholders will be ELIGIBLE to lodge any grievance or avail of any service from the Company only upon furnishing all the aforesaid details.
