Mr. Samyak Alok Jain has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer under the category of Key Managerial Personnel, designated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from September 22, 2026, for a term of five years based on the recommendation and approval of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
